He was insisting that we purchase the car that first night after we had driven over an hour up to the woodlands. We mentioned that we were going to come back to the dealership the following morning after signing our financial agreement and with our companies mechanic to inspect the vehicle. We were also willing to put down a $12,000 deposit. He mentioned the company required full finances before we could drive out of the lot or he could save the car, however, Paula in financing allowed us drive off the lot the following day with only the $12,000 deposit. Cody made it clear he was not willing to work with us. He wanted us to finance through your dealership at I'm assuming a 4.5% interest rate or so as apposed to the 1.74% rate we agreed upon with our bank that he told me we would not be approved for (but we were). For obvious reasons this was not an option. Cody told me he would not sell the car to us the following day because he already had an agreement with another dealership that would pay him the same amount of $25,500 (this was clearly not a true statement or he would not have held the car). In response to his comment he "held the car twice for us", he actually only held the car once as far as I know. The next day I called several dealerships and could not find the same model of car at the price we wanted. I can assure you if I would have received another fair offer I would have done business with that company because of Cody alone. The next day I called back and Rosario informed me that the car was still available. Rosario was the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of buying a car from and I would recommend her to anyone I know buying a car. It is unfortunate that Cody has ruined this referal to her because she deserves every sale she signes due to her advanced customer service skills and genuine concern to the customers needs. She even offered to pay for the scratched rims out of her pocket to ensure we had complete satisfaction of the sale and with the company. For the reason that Cody had asked Rosario to pay for the rims we will not be returning to repair them. I believe the rim is a defect the company should be paying for themselves before selling any car. At least that is how every other dealership has worked in my experience. I believe we had a misunderstanding and thought that the rims would be repaired during the detailing process. When we signed the "as is" form I was told the vehicle was in detailing in the back where we were lead to believe the rims were being repaired, therefore did not realize the rims had not been repaired when signing the form. These series of events with Cody will effect how we review this company online and in the survey that is coming. We are highly unsatisfied with Cody as a "manager" and will not be returning to this headache of a dealership. More

He gave us a lot of information and answered all of our questions. We visited the dealership and Kriss showed us several vehicles. He is really awesome to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. We ended up choosing a beautiful ML 350. Arturo helped us with the financing portion and did a great job. It was well past closing for the dealership by the time we finished and they brought the car out. But, they all stayed to the end. Andrew walked us through every detail of the vehicle. He was so patient and I never felt rushed. I really appreciate his help. It didn't end with the sale. Kriss has called to check on us several times since then. They really do treat you right! Worth the drive.. I have narrowed down the brand and model, a MB C-Class, and shopped the local Houston dealers but the experience has been trying. It seemed I was bumping up against other dealer's monthly sales targets and getting pressure to "make a deal". Have made automobile purchases in the past - that I later regretted - because I succumbed to the sales person's initiatives rather than my own. Given the favorable reviews bestowed on Mecedes-Benz of the Woodlands, I elected to take a drive over and see for myself. Went on-line and booked an appointment (very user friendly). Immediately upon entry to the facility, the atmosphere was relaxing and not ostentatious. I was introduced to Sales Manager, Mike Stahl, who immediately won me over with his pleasant demeanor and extensive and enthusiastic product knowledge. Mike later introduced me to Marcos Morales who took me out and allowed me to drive a sample vehicle and thoroughly answered all my questions. Even though it was the end of November, I never heard mention of "doing a special deal" to make a target. Purchasing a car should be a well researched and patient endeavor/experience. Both Mike and Marcos made the experience very pleasant. I will be returning to replace my current vehicle with a MB from this dealer. More

I had a problem with my brand new car, the engine light came on in the first week, nothing the dealership could of done to avoid it, likely a lemon. Mercedes of the Woodlands called me up and put me into another car at no charge. They were very helpful and I appreciate everything they did to make my experience great. They did everything they could to make sure I was happy and satisfied. They went above and beyond and its not everyday you walk into a dealership and get that kind of treatment. I highly recommend this dealership for its beautiful new dealership, great service and amazing people. More
