This is our second trip to the Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands and on both occasions the service received exceeded expectations. The work to be preformed or not to be performed was reviewed prior to performing it. Our calls for an appointment and for follow-up were returned on time. A very pleasant experience for us. Liz Rincon our Service Advisor was top notch. More

The first had to do with an air conditioning problem that was immediately corrected. The second time was for my B Service on my Benz. Just like the first time, I was met by quickly, ascertained the reason for my visit and, then, shown to the waiting area. My Service Advisor - Liz Rincon - met with me and began the process of service needs. She was most helpful as well as knowledgeable. She continuously kept me appraised of the work schedule, provided an estimate and permitted me the opportunity to make any changes to the proposal. Her knowledge was extremely helpful in making determinations as to the pros and cons of the suggested service items. This is the second time I have been fortunate to have Liz as my Service Advisor. They do an exceptionally excellent job. More

We called ahead of time because we were an hour earlier than our appointment time but Liz said to come on that she would get us right in. When we arrived they got our car in right away. While there they fed us lunch and had coffee and anything else we might want to drink. All and all we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mercedes-Benz. More

Excellent Road service with Mr Wong was outstanding, young man had a great attitude and stearred me to the dealership for four new tires. Service writer Liz Rincon was friendly and had a great attitude, wait time was a little long for new tires and alignment, however I didn't realize they did a ten point inspection at the same time. Great service, amenities, and overall experience I found a used truck for a good price using cargurus.com. The truck happened to be at Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands, and since it was a long drive, I found a used truck for a good price using cargurus.com. The truck happened to be at Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands, and since it was a long drive, the earliest I could make it was the weekend. They have a very good website, and you can fill out most of the credit and trade-in information online. I got a quick online quote for my trade-in, filled out the credit app, and put a deposit down to hold the truck. We had an appointment at 11am, but arrived a little early on Saturday. Kriss was having the truck washed, so we wandered around the dealership looking at very expensive cars in the meantime. I can sum up the aesthetics by saying this is the most posh dealership I've seen; marble floors, interesting planer waterfall fountain, well-stocked coffee bar, very clean service garage, etc. When the truck was ready, we met Kriss outside and took it for a test drive. The first thing I noticed was the smell - this truck had obviously belonged to a heavy smoker. Another negative was that there were several small, but noticeable flaws on the interior; scratches on the nice leather, dash, etc. They happened to have another truck of the same model, so I asked Kriss if we could drive it as well. He was very accommodating and within two minutes we were taking the other truck for a spin. The second truck was in much better shape, and, though more expensive, was still a good price. All said, the process from start to finish took about 2 and a half hours, but it was a very comfortable 2.5 hours. We sat at a table in the snack/coffee bar area, and Kriss brought me forms to sign when he needed a signature. The dealership caters lunch every day for customers, and that day they had eggrolls and sandwiches. The drink fridge is very well stocked: starbucks bottled frappacinos, bottles Texas Teas, juice, Fiji water, etc. My only negative is that they ended up giving me significantly less for my trade than quoted online - even though I was very honest when answering questions regarding condition. That said, they still offered more than kbb.com trade value, so I can't really complain. All in all, this was a very pleasant experience and Kriss was an excellent facilitator. More

Mike Lange and the other folks we dealt with met our every need, In part because they understanding full well how much we (and no doubt many other Mercedes owners) treasure their MB vehicles. No doubt this dealership's employees have lots to do each and every day; and much of it must be of a repetitive nature. Nevertheless, during our visits to Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands, we are always made to feel special, and they let us know that they will do whatever it takes to meet our service/repair expectations--which, by the way, they have done each and every time. Take it from me You just can't go wrong doing business with Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands. More
