I have 2 Mercedes sprinter van motorhome conversions. I chose the Mercedes style of motorhome because of the great service I have consistently received at Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands. It could take weeks for the repairs. When I go to Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands I know that the chassis ( Sprinter) repairs on my motorhome will be done quickly and correctly. Juan Renteria is my service advisor. Juan is the best! He takes the time to explain what was needed. I always feel confident that the repairs will be right the first time. More

Yesterday I had to take my car to the dealership as the app was sending me messages about the battery. They got me in as soon as I arrived. I didn’t have an appointment but due to the nature of the issue m app was sending me messages about the battery. They got me in as soon as I arrived. I didn’t have an appointment but due to the nature of the issue my husband said I should go immediately. They found the issue, solved it and I was on my way within the hour ! This is our 3rd Mercedes, and there is a reason why we keep coming back to Mercedes of the Woodlands. Service is top notch, it’s is always spotless, and everyone is so kind.
