It could of been better. .. our sales representative was not prepared when we got there. Took 4 hrs between paying the deposit and then having an issue with insurance. I was sold a lemon and had issues right off the bat. My car was in the shop for over a month and very little communication from the service department. Due to being in an accident which totaled our van, we had to hurry and find a replacement vehicle. We worked with Kevin and he put the replacement vehicle on hold while we waited for insurance to come throug to hurry and find a replacement vehicle. We worked with Kevin and he put the replacement vehicle on hold while we waited for insurance to come through and ultimately helped us temporarily finance the vehicle when the insurance check was not going to be in before the time on the rental vehicle was up.
