He worked with me & followed through on his efforts to fix a couple minor details on my Focus, before I picked it up. Even before meeting with a salesman I felt positive and welcoming vibes just by stepping through the dealership’s doors. The salesman that worked with me was Brett Bergman. He was very polite, patient, and courteous toward me. He made sure that I had the time I needed to make decisions throughout the entire car purchasing process. He told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle I was interested in, he answered every question I had, and if he did not know exactly how to respond he went to find that information out.
