Easiest car buying process I’ve dealt with yet! Great experience! I work 6 days a week with a busy schedule and free time is hard to come by and could not miss work. Found a car I was interested in and called in and spoke with Brian. Brian set me up with a scheduled apt time to look at the car after work. Once deciding I couldn’t live without this car, Brian made the financing application part as quick and smooth as possible. I was given options of financing on my own and the benefits of financing with a co-signer. After speaking with my dad and agreeing to co-sign we scheduled next day to come in and fill out all the paper work and take my 2019 Mitsubishi outlander home with us. Process was very quick and smooth and we didn’t spend the whole day at a dealership working a deal. Brian was our sales guy and was great explaining everything in terms I could understand and the finance manager was great going over the service contracts and answering all our questions and setting us up with a great deal on my new car! Thanks for everything mike Murphy ford and making a stressful car buying situation less stressfulI will definitely be back for all my service on the vehicle and when I’m ready to upgrade my vehicle again!
