I bought my Escape there in 2016 and my husband bought his truck there in 2017. Both were used but in great condition. Both have been excellent vehicles. We’ve felt welcomed since the first moment we walk his truck there in 2017. Both were used but in great condition. Both have been excellent vehicles. My car battery went dead, I called Mike Murphy the same day, then jumped my car the next morning to make it to the dealership. While a line was forming right at the opening hour, a service employee got a b day, then jumped my car the next morning to make it to the dealership. While a line was forming right at the opening hour, a service employee got a battery and came out to my car, replaced it, charged me and I was back on my way home in about 15-20 minutes.
