We had a wonderful experience buying my 2020 CR-V EXL. John is a great service advisor. He never tries to push unnecessary services. He is great about letting me know what needs to be done right away and what things can wait. I brought my car in for an inspe unnecessary services. He is great about letting me know what needs to be done right away and what things can wait. I brought my car in for an inspection, oil change and to have tires checked as I had a slow leak in one of them. As always, John was able to get me in quickly. Service was great and it turned out it was just a bad seal on the tire. It is great to be able to bring in your car for service and know that you won't be taken advantage of. If you want to work with someone you can trust, reach out to John Higgins. Thank you @Scott Risley for recommending John as my service advisor when I bought my CRV. Extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend John as a Service Advisor or Scott if you are looking for a new vehicle. Mohawk Honda truly does treat you like family. What a great experience with surprising my daughter for her 18th birthday with a new ride. Deanna Cowles and Justin Rosado went out of their way to put a big bow and balloons on her new 2021 HR-V Sport, T her 18th birthday with a new ride.
