The car I purchased was not even 4 months into owning, and it was totaled. I called Steve and told him what happened. He immediately got to work, finding other options within my budget. Once I was able to make the journey back to Jacksonville, Steve and the team were waiting. It was not just about selling me another car, it was general concern for my well being and making sure I was okay. He even pulled up safety rating comparisons between the two cars I considered knowing the situation and that safety was now #1 priority and explained how the gap coverage worked to help with any costs of totaled car.
