Terrible experience, I was never told my daughters car would not work, it worked when we brought it in, the service rep Kim Waters just handed the keys to her, and when my daughter came back in and said t would not work, it worked when we brought it in, the service rep Kim Waters just handed the keys to her, and when my daughter came back in and said the cars not working at all now, she said yeah the transmission is going, like I am so stupid and was wasting her time. She had a terrible attitude until I was crying in front of the service manager at which time she said oh no he don't like that and ushered me out of his office. I've been buying cars from Moore Buick since 1995 or having service done. They were not willing to help me at all without charging an outrageous amount of money even though there was a recall and safety advisory we were never notified of. I will no longer go to Moore for anything after this experience. Worst experience with any dealership ever. More
