This was my first time buying a car from Morong Falmouth and my experience so far has been extremely positive. I think that’s in large part due to our salesman, John Phillips. John listened to what we were and my experience so far has been extremely positive. I think that’s in large part due to our salesman, John Phillips. John listened to what we were looking for and had us test drive two Mazdas. He was helpful in explaining all the car features, etc. When we came to pick up the car it was all ready for us to drive it away. He sync my iPhone and car play to the car and demonstrated other important car features. More

If I had to describe the Owner and Service Manager at Morong in one word it would be: Incompetent. Owner doesn't seem to care that his service manager is a failure.
