I came down to MyAuto Imports on February 19, 2020 to refinance my car and turn my lease in to a buy. I dealt with my sales person Shadric, finance persons Steve and Jake. At the end of the day I realize refinance my car and turn my lease in to a buy. I dealt with my sales person Shadric, finance persons Steve and Jake. At the end of the day I realized when I was home and reviewed the documents that Steve and Jake had actually charged me an exorbitant amount of money to turn this lease into a buy. I have had my car for two years and the bottom line of the costs that I would have been paying for this new deal was $8000 more than what I paid for the car two years ago. They disarm you with their charm and their salesman jargon. They give you these numbers that make you feel as though you are getting a good deal, but when you do your own math when you get home and rest and can concentrate on the things that they say, you then understand that you have been royally screwed. None of them can tell me why I would have been paying over $100,000 for a car that was $71,000 in 2018 just to get out of this lease. My financial institution had already given me good rates rates. I should have gone with them in the first place. I am so sorry to have to say what I am saying but it is necessary. I was totally taken advantage of by these high-pressure dishonest tactics that they inflict on customers at MyAuto Imports. It is a shame that a person would trust that dealership and buy a car that cost as much as a house only to be screwed. I’ve purchased a car from MyAuto before. I’ve been a regular user of their service department since 2005, but I will not be returning to MyAuto Imports. Funny how they email and text you on the regular to get your business, but when you call them on their crap, the communication stops... More
