I've always enjoyed going to the service center at Subaru of Muskegon. The team has always been polite, considerate, thorough, and in my opinion, well-organized. Rob Gould was great to deal with. Car is working out really well. Easy, no pressure experience with Rob. Love that My Auto is so involved with the community too. We walked in to test drive a vehicle and we were greeted very well. Our sales guy will smith was very nice. He showed us every little detail on the vehicle. I visited for a recall issue on the front passenger airbag. The service intake person greeted me promptly, had my information ready, took the vehicle right back, and it was completed sooner than they airbag. The waiting area was comfortable, clean and had beverages and snacks. After it was done, I was even offered (and accepted) a car wash. Great service! More
