Katie was very helpful finding a way for us to test-drive a manual Crosstrek. We would definitely work with her in the future. Excellent experience with one exception -- sales pushed add-ons too hard and were misleading about their prices compared to other Toyota dealerships. Several of the staff made us feel comfortable and welcome without feeling pressured. The car we chose was cleaned and the fuel topped off for us and we will have lifetime oil changes and service included. Ar without feeling pressured. Arrangements were made for warranty service including a clean, new 'loaner' for our use while our car was being serviced. Overall they seem genuinely concerned about the quality of their customer's experience. I will recommend My Auto Import to my family and friends. More
