The buying experience was OK, but subsequent service/ customer service was terrible! I bought a used Suzuki SX4- 2008- just a little too old to invoke the lemon law. Check engine light went on the day after I brought it home- it needed a new catalytic converter- conveniently NOT covered by the extended warranty I paid for. Took them 2 months just to get the part. Then 7 days for a one day job! Took it home & next day it wouldn't start- they'd neglected to connect the battery cable properly- it literally fell off after I'd driven from CT to JFK airport! Then the car developed a vibration & Harley-like growl- turns out they had not properly tightened the bolt holding the catalytic converter to the car- or, in their words, "the bolt worked itself loose." All that & they had the nerve to charge me for the replacement of the catalytic converter! Even though I've paid for a service contract & have a year of free oil changes coming to me, there's no way I'll ever bring my car to that shop again- it's not worth the time, money, and the aggravation of being blown off day after day, not to mention the dangerous ineptitude of the mechanics. Be smart- take your business elsewhere!
