I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with my recent experience at Napoli Kia Milford. I brought my 2015 Kia Sportage in for service due to an engine issue, and the entire ordeal has been nothing short experience at Napoli Kia Milford. I brought my 2015 Kia Sportage in for service due to an engine issue, and the entire ordeal has been nothing short of a nightmare. I had scheduled my appointment for 09/01/2023, but the service center held onto my car until 09/15/2023 without providing any updates or resolution. It was very difficult for me to get a hold of them during phone calls they placed me on holds and don't even care to call back. To make matters worse, after two weeks of waiting, they informed me that they wouldn't honor the engine-related recall, leaving me with no choice but to pay $212.69 for the diagnostic fee. When I decided to retrieve my vehicle, I had to incur an additional cost of $180.18 for a tow truck. What's even more infuriating is the state in which I received my car. Several essential parts were missing, and it was clear they hadn't put my vehicle back together properly. Spark plugs were removed, and the air intake was missing, completely disrupting the functionality of my car. I trusted Napoli Kia Service Center to take care of my vehicle, and instead, they not only refused to address the recall issue but also returned my car in a completely unacceptable condition. This experience has caused me immense stress and inconvenience, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this service center to anyone. If you are reading this I do not want to do business with you. All I ask is refund what I paid to you and cover up my towing expenses. It has been a horrible experience with Napoli Kia Milford. More

My car was vandalized and almost stolen. I brought the car to Napoli to have it repaired. It took a month for me to get my car back, only to realize that the computer technology doesn’t wo I brought the car to Napoli to have it repaired. This is not the case in this instance. Are they understaffed, are there too few parts due to the alarming rates that Kias and Hyundais are being vandalized and stolen; or is it that they just don’t care? Something isn’t right and I’m upset about it. More
