Paul Dillard saved the day. We had called the night before to ask about a vehicle we found on line. The person we spoke with said they still had the vehicle and to come in the ne We had called the night before to ask about a vehicle we found on line. We arrived at the dealership the next morning and neither the person we spoke with nor the vehicle we wanted was there. Paul asked if he could help and we explained which vehicle we were there to see. He said he would bring it up front for us. After a few minutes, he came back and told us the vehicle had been moved to their Shelbyville location and was on its way back to Gallatin. There was another vehicle of the same make, model and year on the lot and Paul brought it around for us to drive. We took a short test drive and were impressed with the room and features. When the vehicle we had come to see came in, we test drove it. We loved the car and Paul was very helpful answering all our questions and never putting any pressure on us to make a purchase. We purchased the vehicle and it was the best car buying experience I have had. I would not only buy from Paul again but would recommend anyone looking for a new Nissan or any good used vehicle go talk to Paul before making a purchase. More
