No words will ever express how much gratitude I have for the Niello VW Service Center. I came in with a repair at a troubling time when their systems were down due to the auto industry system hack; they mad the Niello VW Service Center. Jacob Smull was my service advisor and he is the definition of excellent customer service. HE sets the example of what it means to put the customer first; to go above and beyond. Excellent service from the Niello Volkswagen family. I have had 5 VW's and bought 3 of them form Niello VW. My last is a 2021 RLine Passat.
