The Niello service department was fantastic again and I would not take my VW anywhere else to have it serviced. We had a delay on a part being ordered and Niello was totally accommodating in having me use would not take my VW anywhere else to have it serviced. We had a delay on a part being ordered and Niello was totally accommodating in having me use one of their loaner vehicles at no cost while waiting for completion of my service items. Daijah stayed on top of the issues and provided great service and pricing for my needs. I am very satisfied with the level of service provided and the atmosphere & amenities in the customer waiting area are second to none. Outstanding job to the whole service team! More

Showed up with steering problem on my gti bad clock spring, two lights on dash one for air bad and one for transmission error, advisor wanted to charge $250 diagnose on the trans, i told him that both spring, two lights on dash one for air bad and one for transmission error, advisor wanted to charge $250 diagnose on the trans, i told him that both lights came on at the same time after i lost function of steering controls which he assured me it was two different problems (I declined service), I would appreciate a more knowledgeable individual because someone that its not very mechanical inclined would believe it and accept the charge, also that lady in front desk very rude like no sense of customer service. We are in the market for a SUV and we had in mind a vw but the experience I had was not the best, I love the brand but serviced was not great, I may be comparing it to previous experiences from bmw but i would expect the same level of service. More
