Nimnicht Chevrolet

Bought a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer supposed to been brand new. At the time we cannot find a car on the lot he said it was back in the shop because they had just got it in. Later he told me the car is being d new. At the time we cannot find a car on the lot he said it was back in the shop because they had just got it in. Later he told me the car is being driven around by a manager and only has 200 miles on it. At the time of signing the car had 2000 miles on it close to 3,000 and they just didn't get it in. I went ahead and I signed for the car figuring since it was driven by a manager the car would be okay. When I purchased the car it was at closing maybe passed. So I didn't get a good chance to look on the inside because it was dark. On my way home I noticed there was a big chip in the windshield. In which their finger marks across the windshield where the chip was at so they knew that I had a chip windshield when I left. That made me question them even more. I looked at the back inside and there were scratches everywhere on the side on the back and on the carpet on the back of the seat. That next morning I noticed there were scratches on the hood.nimnicht Chevrolet they never buff the car but obviously the person that drive the car there was something hard that was in their cloth that left scratches. So I took the car back in the morning and told him I didn't want it. I was again told my Lance and his manager that I would get a full refund for my deposit. It has been 12 days and I have yet to get that refund. I just called the dealership. The accounting department manager just told me this is the first they've heard about it. That's after calling the sales manager the finance manager and finally got rerouted to the the county department. I've bought a lot of cars one prior from nimnicht Chevrolet. But after this last time I will never buy a car from anything that has nimnicht on the front of the name. Worst experience ever trying to buy a car. And I will tell my friends and anybody who I know to don't buy a car from nimick. How disappointed I was from that dealership. They are dishonest. In they will try to rip you off. More
