Everyone was very helpful. Karen had such a great attitude. We left having seen 1 truck and she called around 10-15 minutes after leaving stating she found a truck like we were looking for. Kieth did a great job explaining all the features and buttons and worked hard to find an answer to a question we had. My experience with Romeo was probably the best experience Ive had when buying a vehicle. We told him what we wanted, he worked with the financing team and got us approved before we ever saw the truck we want Ive had when buying a vehicle.
