3 employees helped me and were very good. The paperwork was confusing and inadequate. I wasn’t given a multipoint vehicle checklist. Values on checkout paperwork were left blank. I had 3 discount coupons and although I received a good discount it was unclear if every coupon was applied. My service agent was xx lunch and I was told I would need to wait 30 minutes for an explanation and I had already been there 3 and 1/2 hours. My only request apart from routine maintenance was that the dashboard tire light was on. When I picked up my car, the tire light still came on. I had to go get help as I wasn’t sure it would extinguish with driving or needed to be reset. The service person who helped wasn’t sure either but by the time he drove it to the service area it went off. More
