Strongly recommended ! We had excellent experience that literally restored faith in car dealers. We were scammed by Subaru dealership in West Springfield area and lost hope of buying a new car in our price literally restored faith in car dealers. He quickly found us a brand new Forester and got things going. The car was still in transit and considering our need for new car, they actually gave us high end loaner Forester free of charge until our new car arrived (for two weeks). We have become their customer for life time and we will recommend this dealership to everyone. More

I have purchased many new cars over the years, but I have never had the level of professionalism and respect that I received from the folks at North End Subaru. Tom Lettel quoted me a 6 yr price to buy out my lease of $285 and change for 72 months. When I went to sign the papers 72 months turned into 75 months. I stupidly signed off on it, shame on me.
