There is a Mazda dealership about 6 miles from my house; however, I choose to deal with Joe in Colmar which is at least a 45 mile drive. I also interacted with Collen on present purchase and the one before. She too is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and a pleasure to work with. More

Headlight replacement I pulled right up to the dealership and Dan the salesman was already waiting for me before I came out of the car and directed me to service. After goi I pulled right up to the dealership and Dan the salesman was already waiting for me before I came out of the car and directed me to service. After going into the service line, I gave them my keys since Dan had already told them about my headlight replacement and the car came back right out front in 5 minutes. It was super easy and no problem at all. Loved how I didn’t have to do any paper work at all since the car was still under warranty and it just a friendly greeting followed by them taking my key to do what they had to do. Couldn’t have been any better! More

Yet another wonderful experience! Very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable staff. Service was done promptly and properly. Washed car is a nice adder. Snacks and drinks are great. Waiti Very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable staff. Service was done promptly and properly. Washed car is a nice adder. Snacks and drinks are great. Waiting area is comfortable and well-appointed. The service department seems wonderful as the sales department was when I purchased the car (open, honest, very good price, no hassle). This dealership is a gem. I drive 40 minutes to get there and there are two other Mazda dealerships much closer to home, but they don't compare to North Penn Mazda. I have bought my last 2 cars there and will continue to do so in the future. More

Not sure of their names, there was a young Black man who I dealt with mostly. What a great employee you have! Also closed out with a young blonde woman...very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
