Unfortunately, this has become a more common practice due to rising processing costs from credit card companies. We’ve done our best to be transparent by posting notices on all entry doors, windows, and service counters, and we always offer the option to pay with cash or debit without any added fees. We completely understand how this may have come as a surprise and regret that it disrupted your stay. Like you, we hope things can shift in the future so that we no longer need to apply this charge.
