I am typically skeptical of any car dealership having my best interest in mind, thinking they really only care about 'getting that sale'. After speaking with Matt, I was relieved to find that is not the cas best interest in mind, thinking they really only care about 'getting that sale'. After speaking with Matt, I was relieved to find that is not the case at North Penn VW. He was very knowledgeable while describing the multiple vehicles I requested to test drive. However he did not simply rattle off stats and specs of each vehicle, he also spoke from experience, family's, friends' and his own. Not only this, but he was also friendly and quite personable. It felt not as if I were speaking with a salesman, but rather a guy I could go have a beer with, and within minutes I knew I could relax a bit. Throughout the whole experience, Matt was patient and helpful. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying something I did not want, or that I would be judged if I left without buying a car at all. Overall, it was a refreshing experience and a relief to work with North Penn VW, something I did not expect when I knew I would need to buy a car in this market (Winter2022). My car had a difficult computer problem the blind spot/rear traffic alert disfunction. It was ver hard to diagnose. I just drove home in my new VW Atlas Cross Sport and loved it. Tim Notarianni was my sales contact. He was amazing. He came through with everything we discussed over the phone. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with the purchase of a vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend Tim and his finance manager Jason Hartman.
