They did not believe us when we said that the car was missing the back middle seat belt. They made us bring the car in, so they could see it, before they ordered the part. So, two trips, out of our way, taking up our time, for a mistake they made in their pre-owned certification. At least they didn't make us pay for their mistake. Erin, in service, was nice. More
