Did not complete work I cannot support this dealership for any maintenance work. They completed the work and it required rework one week later. In the service area the attention to detail in caring for my car is exemplary, and after my service is complete I always receive a thorough explanation of everything that was done. The cashier goes over my bill with me in detail before I pay, and I always leave North Penn VW with a car that is running better than it was when I took it in! More

New battery I had to get a new battery for my car. I never thought that my battery had died but it did I had to get towed and it was immediately discovered by the I had to get a new battery for my car. After the insurance company told me my beloved Passat was a total loss from the recent hail storm, it was time to start shopping again. Greg was super patient, as always, and everyone there was quick to help us out as needed. There was no runaround, no haggling, no hassle- just honest communication. The car buying experience here is about as painless as it gets. The service department people are always very friendly & helpful, and the waiting area is quite comfortable. And I really appreciate the Service Video they email us that goes over any and all issues. The rental & body shop people are all fantastic, too! More
