They’re great at listening, they provide up front estimates and explain all work ahead of time, and they take time to answer any questions or concerns I have. They also have a waiting room that’s very convenient for me to work there while I wait for service, and they have a free shuttle and on-site rental cars for times when I can’t wait in person. More

Great experience yet again! We’ve been shopping for a car for my son, and found the perfect fit. I e-mailed Greg Holland with an inquiry, and texted me on his day off to let me k We’ve been shopping for a car for my son, and found the perfect fit. I e-mailed Greg Holland with an inquiry, and texted me on his day off to let me know he would hold the car for me to test drive. On his day off. That’s just over-the-top service. Jeff Applegate had the car ready for a test drive when we arrived, and held it for us to finalize the details when Greg was back in the office. We finalized the deal the after the weekend. The price was outstanding, no haggling required. We worked with Jason to get the best financing options, and he took care of everything (as he always does) so that the closing process was wrapped up in 30 minutes. Jason is a pleasure to work with. And to top it all off, Greg gave my son the full “new car owner treatment.” While we finished up the paperwork, he sat with my son one-on-one in the car going over all the features and technology. The kid is 16. He left the dealership as proud and giddy as I have ever seen him, and had an experience he won’t ever forget. We’ve bought or leased 7 cars from North Penn VW, because they make it a pleasure to work with them. I don’t know that I would go anywhere else. Thanks again, Greg! More

Excellent Transaction Dealing with North Penn was great. I inquired about a car online. Was able to set up an appointment easily.
