Turned in Leased 2017 Jetta for New 2019 Jetta Matt Treichel VW Sales sent us a note on trading in our 2017 Jetta. -That with the mileage at 42,000 was out of the warranty period. At our appointm Matt Treichel VW Sales sent us a note on trading in our 2017 Jetta. -That with the mileage at 42,000 was out of the warranty period. At our appointment Matt was able to locate the exact new 2019 Jetta car in stock. He explained all the new features in the 2019 vs the 2017. Matt is a walking encyclopedia on all of the WV models. His enthusiasm for the brand and the quality products really shows. Matt was able to work out a more attractive price for a 15,000 mile 36 month lease. Warranty is now 6 years 72,000 miles. Big improvement. The New Jetta was delivered to us right away. It is clear why Matt is the #1 Sales Rep in the USA. Easy Car buying experience My Wife and I looked all over the Northeast to Southeast for a Jetta TDI CPO and North Penn was the easiest one to work with, had no pressure, and the My Wife and I looked all over the Northeast to Southeast for a Jetta TDI CPO and North Penn was the easiest one to work with, had no pressure, and the lowest dealer fees. From start to finish this dealer was professional and made the purchase extremely easy. The price on the vehicle was the best out of all the other dealers we looked at, so there wasn't a need to haggle over the price. I flew in from out of state to pick up the vehicle drive it back to NC and Matthew had everything ready to go. From walking into the dealer to leaving with the new vehicle it took me about 45 minutes, which included a test drive. We're very pleased with the treatment we got from the dealer and employees. More
