From start to finish this dealer was professional and made the purchase extremely easy. The price on the vehicle was the best out of all the other dealers we looked at, so there wasn't a need to haggle over the price. I flew in from out of state to pick up the vehicle drive it back to NC and Matthew had everything ready to go. From walking into the dealer to leaving with the new vehicle it took me about 45 minutes, which included a test drive. We're very pleased with the treatment we got from the dealer and employees. Routine Service/oil, state inspection, alignment, and recall Check in done with efficiency. Loaner promised over the phone when I made the appointment was not ready when I arrived at 7:30am so I had to walk over Check in done with efficiency. Loaner promised over the phone when I made the appointment was not ready when I arrived at 7:30am so I had to walk over to the collision center across the parking lot and then paid $9 for collision deductible coverage. The loaner was a brand new Bug and very nice. Video from tech was hard to hear due to noise in the shop. It's a nice idea to take the video but the tech needs to speak a bit louder. Car wash not done at the end of service because (I was told) they were too busy. I can only hope that the mechanical and electronic services I brought the car in for were completed and that they weren't too busy to complete all of them. You see, I don't really know what happens in the shop but have to trust that the dealership is honest. The niceties, like an easy loaner program and picking up a nice sparkling dark green convertible bug at the end of service, that were what brought me an hour's drive back to this dealership, were not there this time. More
