Routine Service/oil, state inspection, alignment, and recall Check in done with efficiency. Loaner promised over the phone when I made the appointment was not ready when I arrived at 7:30am so I had to walk over Check in done with efficiency. Loaner promised over the phone when I made the appointment was not ready when I arrived at 7:30am so I had to walk over to the collision center across the parking lot and then paid $9 for collision deductible coverage. The loaner was a brand new Bug and very nice. Video from tech was hard to hear due to noise in the shop. It's a nice idea to take the video but the tech needs to speak a bit louder. Car wash not done at the end of service because (I was told) they were too busy. I can only hope that the mechanical and electronic services I brought the car in for were completed and that they weren't too busy to complete all of them. You see, I don't really know what happens in the shop but have to trust that the dealership is honest. The niceties, like an easy loaner program and picking up a nice sparkling dark green convertible bug at the end of service, that were what brought me an hour's drive back to this dealership, were not there this time. More

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I had been looking for some time for a Passat GT, had a hard time finding a dealer that would stick to the listed or internet price when it came down I had been looking for some time for a Passat GT, had a hard time finding a dealer that would stick to the listed or internet price when it came down to purchasing until I called North Penn and talked to Shawn. Once he explained that North Penn would not be changing the price after the fact we worked toward putting a deposit and finalizing the purchase. Bill was very helpful from start to finish and explained the whole process, took time to describe all of the important features of the car when I arrived and left an opened ended line for future questions through email and phone. Jason was also very helpful and honest and even though I did not purchase the additional protection for the vehicle, I appreciate the effort and the honesty about the coverage and its benefits. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know looking for a Volkswagen, new, used, or certified. More
