Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I had been looking for some time for a Passat GT, had a hard time finding a dealer that would stick to the listed or internet price when it came down I had been looking for some time for a Passat GT, had a hard time finding a dealer that would stick to the listed or internet price when it came down to purchasing until I called North Penn and talked to Shawn. Once he explained that North Penn would not be changing the price after the fact we worked toward putting a deposit and finalizing the purchase. Bill was very helpful from start to finish and explained the whole process, took time to describe all of the important features of the car when I arrived and left an opened ended line for future questions through email and phone. Jason was also very helpful and honest and even though I did not purchase the additional protection for the vehicle, I appreciate the effort and the honesty about the coverage and its benefits. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know looking for a Volkswagen, new, used, or certified. More

Being in sales myself I could tell how great he was with his professionalism and knowledge, and appreciated no nonsense with the whole purchase process. I did extensive research before my purchase as I'm a new car leasing customer for many years and can honestly say their pre owned cars are like new and very fairly priced when doing my research. I obtained my own financing as I'm a credit union customer and the finance manager Jason Hartman was understanding and so friendly and didn't high pressure me as many other dealerships will do and that was also very appreciated.
