Good Experience Getting My Touareg I just drove all the way up to North Penn VW from Delaware in the snow and slush to source a 2015 Touareg. It was worth the trip. When I go to a dealer or similar place, one of the things I do is look at how the place appears, is the staff generally friendly, do they seem happy and at ease, etc. Overall, my first impressions were very good, and then my experience working with the team was very good as well. Even the restroom was in good shape, an indication they pay attention to details. The showroom was nicely decorated for the season, too. I worked most closely with Bill Kurz, my product specialist, who was knowledgeable but not high pressure at all. I also worked out arrangements for pricing and my trade with Derek who was very professional and helpful. Jason Hartman worked with me to wrap things up and was very efficient and friendly. He took time to get to know us as a family and was able to find the best Atlas that worked for us. We worked to Jason for the financing, he was honest about our options for various warranties and service packages and did not push us to select one. We are very happy with our experience at North Penn and would recommend them to anyone. More

Well, I am now adding a 4th, North Penn Volkswagen. We were in the market for a new SUV and could not find one that fit till we were introduced to the VW Atlas by Bill Kurz. Bill has a layed back approach and gave us our space. We were given as much time as we wanted to look at the vehicles and Bill answered all our questions. Throughout our time he was not pushy at all and allowed us to drive how much he was engaged, which made our experience even more pleasant. Bill and the team at North Penn gave us a very good deal for the VW Atlas we eventually purchased. Plus, unlike other dealerships, Jason H who was the Finance Manager, did not push the various warranties and gave us some good incentives to pick one if it met our needs. Overall, we are very happy with our experience and would go back to North Penn Volkswagen. More
