Purchase of new 2017 Jetta Contacted NP VW online and spoke with Shawn in regards to purchasing a new Jetta. Tim was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Jason at the finance department also made the process very fluid and seamless. Was not pushy in trying to push any extras and can see was genuinely trying to make sure that i had coverage for anything that i may need. I have gone thru the car buying/leasing process at least 15 times in the past 3 years and i definitely have to say that this was one of the easiest and quickest experiences i had. More
