This dealer is why I'm a VW customer I started purchasing VW's back in 2006. The sales manager at that time could see that I was undecided so he let me take home a Passat for an extended I started purchasing VW's back in 2006. I've been hooked every since and tonight I just completed the purchase of my 5th VW from North Penn VW. The vehicles have been great over the years and the deals I get are one reason I keep coming back. North Penn VW just loves pleasing people. Not only are sales top notch, but the service department is as well. I've never had to complain about any work done to my vehicles and that's saying something since I generally find something wrong. Each service visit is a pleasant experience. I recommend this dealer to friends/family all the time. If you want a great experience please pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed. More

Refreshing Professionalism and Just So Damned Nice! Every now and then, you just have a good day. Today was one of those days. North Penn VW met a need that was about more than buying a car. From Shawn on the initial internet queries, to Bill and Jason with sizing up my needs and wants versus what was a sound deal; to Shawn wrapping up the process without being overly aggressive or "sales guy" slick, they took care of me. The process was not that long and while I waited, I watched them take care of others. No pushy or condescending banter while at the same time really listening and connecting with people. I left knowing that it was a good deal for me. No BS or cute gimmicks, just solid service and straight talk. It was a good day not because I brought an almost brand new car. That helped, but it was nice to be treated with genuine respect and gratitude. That does not happen often anymore. Even if you do not buy an automobile from them, try them so you can know what you should be expecting from the other guy. More

This Day 3/9/17 was a huge day for me and not necessarily a good one. Then I arrived at North Penn VW and the guys were very nice and kind of laid back. Being a VW enthusiast I know they sell themselves :) When I walked in I was greeted by John who immediately directed me to have a seat that he would get Tim. Tim was my phone guy. We were in communication for a few days. I told him all what was happening and He took control. I believe it was 4 days and it was all done. I had driven Volvos my whole life, but the Passat R-Line looked nice and was in my budget so I wanted to compare to the Volvos I was looking at. Matt's patience and non pressure approach allowed me to explore the car without someone trying to "sell me". This allowed me to think clear and come to the conclusion on my own that the Passat was a better more practical car for me. Matt still went over all the features the car offered and explained the differences between the cars VW has to offer to yet ensure once again I was in the car that fit my needs the best.
