He provided unbiased advice on the warranty, the long term service contract, and the road side contract that gave me the best options for my situation. I traveled from NJ to Pennsylvania to buy our vehicle there because our first contact with their sales representative was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. When we arrived at the dealership the facility was exceptional and everyone very helpful and pleasant offering information rather than pressure to buy. We knew what we wanted and chose several autos to look at. They immediately brought out all 4 vehicles for us to drive and inspect at the same time. That has never happened at any dealer I have been to. The General Manager sat with us and went through inventory and cost of each vehicle to match our needs and help us make an informed decision. Everyone we talked to at the agency was polite and made sure we were being taken care of. The service dept is first class and the parts dept was very well merchandised for customers to view and purchase products. I will return to and consult with this agency for any Volkswagen concerns I may have. I have owned Volkswagen products for 30 years and will continue to do so. More

When Matt, our salesperson, was on vacation Jeff, the sales manager, stepped right in and took care of what needed to be done. When we picked up the car Matt took plenty of time to make sure we understood how to operate the infotainment system (easily the most complicated part of the vehicle.) Jason made the financial aspects of the sale easy to understand and worked with us to give us exactly the extended warranty we wanted. More

I was in the market for a used gti Showed up on a Friday afternoon just looking to see what I would get for my trade and to check out their inventory. I was in the market for a used gti, and found more than enough options. The salesman Joe was more than helpful to show all they had to offer and get me out on the road for a test drive. Joe was not pushy or standoffish that I've experienced in the past. After looking at two different vehicles I had picked one I liked and was ready to sit down and sign. The whole process was very relaxed and easy with no hidden surprises. I don't think I was at the dealer for more than 2 hours cumulative and was driving home in my new to me car, and couldn't be more happy. So far I've recommended to my friends and family that the go there if they're thinking about getting a new car because my experience was so great. More
