They have gone above and beyond what I imagine any dealer would do for a customer. For those that have second thoughts about dealer service, give them a try. I recently decided to purchase a new vehicle from North Penn after being a service department customer. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. In and out in less then 30 minutes. Excellent Experience Buying A Used Car We recently bought our son a 2012 Jetta and the whole experience was excellent. My husband found the car online and we started communicating with Shawn Shaffer (Internet Sales Manager) about the vehicle. He was very honest with us about the car. Shawn was off the day we decided we were going to buy the vehicle so John Balassis (Internet Sales Director) took over. Irv Gordon was the sales representative that helped us thru the paperwork and he was very friendly, honest and excellent to work with. Everyone at this dealership was great! We drove 2 hrs. each way to buy this vehicle and haven't regretted it. I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership. More

We fell in love with the Jutta, however we wanted to shop around and see what another dealership had and we really liked the car but not the other dealership so we reached out to Tim. Asked if we could get the car we saw and at out bottom line monthly rate. He worked with us and insured us we could get what we wanted. He really worked hard for us and we were fortunate to have him on our side. Their financing was also easy to work with.
