All work done is previewed with a video explaining everything needed to be done. All was completed in due time. Any extra work recommended is included with the video and phone call. I rely on them everything needed to be done. All was completed in due time. Any extra work recommended is included with the video and phone call. I rely on them to have everything taken care of as my son uses one of our vw's in upstate NY. This time for some reason they didn't relay that there was a small alignment issue, which I would of had fixed. They said it was minor but they should of told me to make the decision. It never happened before. More
