You always feel like you can trust what they're telling you and they back that up by showing you on video any of the problems or the current status of different parts of your car that have normal wear and you and they back that up by showing you on video any of the problems or the current status of different parts of your car that have normal wear and tear it really helps explain what any of the issues or parts that are needed are. I've had plenty of friends that have had horror stories going to the dealer luckily I haven't run into a VW dealer that's like that but North Penn has been exceedingly transparent and honest with all the work that they say needs to be done compared to normal dealers.
