North Shore has sold me two Hondas over the past 12 years. This latest purchase of a 2024 CRV was even more seamless and pleasurable than my first. They truly seem like the impossible....a dealership years. This latest purchase of a 2024 CRV was even more seamless and pleasurable than my first. They truly seem like the impossible....a dealership WITHOUT hard sell, quasi-deceptive sales practices. Truly liked the experience. The sales advisor, Philip Downes was even BETTER. Philip was very new when we met him, but had the customer-focus that any buyer would want. He was knowledgeable, and where he was not sure, he was honest...explained he would confirm the answer, and in lightning speed, did so and communicated to me via text and email. I was concerned of the age-old dealer sales technique of the advisor being "overruled" by his manager after discussing terms, and with Philip's newness, was especially concerned... Again kudos to North Shore for NOT operating that way. That cliche never happened in my transaction. Philip followed up on a missing center-console tray and rather than wait a few weeks when I was scheduled to come in to give it to me, actually delivered the piece himself to my home mailbox.... I have NEVER had that level of service from a sales advisor (some I might have been reluctant to have them even KNOW where I lived ;-). As you can tell, I have nothing but praise for Philip and North Shore and if you find yourself going there to look at a car, ask for him. More
