After a couple of weeks of doing my homework and driving different vehicles I decided on a Lexus NX 250. I haven’t bought a new car in 7 years so I really had no clue idea how the pandemic had affected different vehicles I decided on a Lexus NX 250. I haven’t bought a new car in 7 years so I really had no clue idea how the pandemic had affected things. It’s really not as easy as it used to be! I originally was trying to go through a different dealership however they really lowballed me on my vehicle trade in. I mean…I DID my homework. I knew how much my vehicle was worth. The dealership I was working with made no effort to work with me. So I simply looked elsewhere. And boy I’m glad I did. I found the car I wanted and it was actually ready to go on the lot. I told the salesman, Michael Featherstone, what I wanted for my vehicle. He made it happen. This was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Even the finance guy was nice and not pushy! Thanks Jeff! And thanks Michael! I’m loving my new car so much!!! More

I went into Kelly Blue book and received an email from all the Lexus dealers in Houston. North side and clear lake responded promptly. Westside took a few days.
