I went into Kelly Blue book and received an email from all the Lexus dealers in Houston. North side and clear lake responded promptly. Westside took a few days. We'd been looking all day and was about to head to another location when Javier contac Northside Lexus dealership...particularly Mr. Javier Calderon. We'd been looking all day and was about to head to another location when Javier contacted me about a vehicle. We were there late at the dealership last night and we were greeted with open arms from the time we entered the building. He was patient, knowledgeable and never pushy which was very refreshing. He advised the dealership doesn't hassle or harass the customer nor add any additional fees...bottom line. Thank you for that! Keep up the good work and continue to employ sales persons like Javier!
