Purchased 2020 RX350 I have worked with Anienkan Edem for service on my 2009 RX350 for several years. I emailed the salesman and left a phone message with a customer service rep. I never got a response. This is not representative of Northside Lexus. Perhaps Covid 19 sent everything spiraling at the same time. More
