By Far The Best I went in looking for a car after my car was recently flooded. I didn’t have several salesmen run up to me like other dealerships and that right there I went in looking for a car after my car was recently flooded. I didn’t have several salesmen run up to me like other dealerships and that right there meant the world to me. Going in, I had an idea of what I was looking for and Eddie got the cars so I could test drive. He allowed my family and I to look at the cars from top to bottom and was able to answer any and every question we had. Knowing that I had to wait on my insurance company to file the claim, Eddie tried to work with me in different ways to get this on hold and let me know to call him as soon as I received information. 2 days later, I called Eddie the minute they opened and he answered! He said they would have the car ready for me when I showed up. the care and service that was provided made this experience so easy and so down to earth. It felt so good to not be forced into something like other dealerships typically do. I am very impressed with Lexus, with my salesman and also my finance agent even went above and beyond. He also helped different ways. I can not say thank you enough to everyone at Lexus for the miracle workers they have. It was definitely an experience I will not forget. More
