My vehicle delivery, initially thought to be a confusing task because of the intricacy of these futuristic vehicles, Erica Pollino was very calm and patient with all questions, concerns and of course, repeat questions. Great dealership! We worked with Don in 2016 and again now. He is just a super nice person and very knowledgeable about Lexus. Even though it was time for the dealersh We worked with Don in 2016 and again now. He is just a super nice person and very knowledgeable about Lexus. Even though it was time for the dealership to close when we returned to pick up the car - he never rushed us. He is a jewel and Lexus is fortunate to have him. David Ortiz was our "technology" person. Again it was 30 min before closing and he did not let us forget it. He said to me "we only have 26 minutes to show you a few things". I just spent over 50,000 buying a car and I have 26 min? Very unprofessional. I run my own business and have stayed late on many occasions to ensure my customers were 100% satisfied. I got the impression he didn't much care just wanted to make sure he left at 6. So not too pleased with that part of my Northside experience. More
