Excellent We returned to have after market accessories installed. We were greeted and recognized by the receptionist who immediately notified Joseph. Just as pr We returned to have after market accessories installed. We were greeted and recognized by the receptionist who immediately notified Joseph. Just as promised we were given a very nice loaner and and work began on our vehicle. We had a questions for the service Tech who came forward and answered all our questions to satisfaction. When we returned one item was not done to our satisfaction, due to a defective part. Joseph quickly made an attempt to correct the problem as best he could, to no avail. So he without hesitation ordered a new part and assured us it would be made right. We live 96 miles away so having to come back is an inconvenience for us, so he oftered an incentive for us to remain happy. So far we have nothing but good things to say about the dealership and the personnel, especially Joseph. More

Came back to look at an RX350 for my wife and was absolutely impressed with that initial visit where I met Joe Finley - sales consultant. Not only was Joe very knowledgeable and quick to assist with all my questions, he went out of his way to spend all the time I needed to discuss my specific requirements for the sale. The biggest unexpected surprise was his offer to work up a separate deal for me to trade my Audi in for a Lexus as well. That was a completely unplanned transaction and I dismissed the idea when he initially offered to work on an offer. Well come to find out that the offer was too good to pass up. I needed to move away from the smaller Audi and the ES FSport fit me like a glove. So in the end, we ended up with 2 new Lexus vehicles in our garage. I am very pleased with the way it was handled from the time I entered the dealership until I departed with both vehicles. This kind of service and attention to the little things rarely happens in new car dealerships. I am a customer for life and can't wait for the dealership to relocate to their massive new location in The Woodlands! Five Stars to Joe Finley and Nick (Sales Manager) and Brent (Finance).
