The finance manager explained my purchase options, L certified benefits, the extended warranty benefits and options, and walked me through the purchase process. I never felt pressured or rushed. The sales consultant and finance manager educated me on my vehicle and financing options. I was well informed and satisfied. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely have all of my service done at Northside Lexus, refer family and friends, and make my next purchase there. I even recieved excellent follow up after my purchase. More

LC 500 Purchase we were mislead from the very beginning, we actually were trading in two cars and were told to be there at 9 A.M. to sign paperwork. i doubled check we were mislead from the very beginning, we actually were trading in two cars and were told to be there at 9 A.M. to sign paperwork. i doubled checked twice with our salesmen that the deal was finished and that there were no questions or issues with finance, he assured me that we would have no issues. My wife and I drove both cars across town only to be told that finance had not even started on the deal. this is terrible business practice and this is not how i would treat a customer buying a 100,000 dollar car.
