Everyone was friendly at the desk when I walked in. Jesse did a great job of communicating with me about the car, and was very calm and polite. The only thing that could have been different was when I came the first time to test drive a TX350, he didn’t have me drive it on the freeway—just the side roads. I would have preferred also driving on the freeway. When I came back to drive a different car, I did mention then that I didn’t need to take it on the freeway—I simply accelerated there on the access road. However, at every other dealership that I visited, which were all on freeways, the salesperson had me drive it on the freeway. More
