No pressure to buy, just information on options, time to review and ask questions and rapid completion of the rest of the process. All we met were super organized and efficient. How staff perform is largely based on how they are treated and the company values from the top down. Clearly, the Sullivan's are truly kind and generous, and spoken of highly by staff.
