Took forever to get the job done. Didn't give me an accurate quote. Overall poor service. I mean I think they the job right. I could not tell if they rotated the tires. My experience with Micheal John was great. The dealership in general was still like dealing with a dealership but there some aspect of it were more pleasant than usual. I found my experience with the finance guy to be smoother than other dealerships. The only downside is when dealing with the people who figure trade value and their hardball stance on making reasonable trade in offers. More
