The purchase of a 2018 Ford F150 was our first experience with O'Daniel Ford. I needed to replace a 2002 F150 that i had owned for almost 18 years. If you own an older model pickup and have ventured to loo with O'Daniel Ford. I needed to replace a 2002 F150 that i had owned for almost 18 years. If you own an older model pickup and have ventured to look at newer models, you can imagine my shock when the drivers seat went from just that to a cockpit; a little overwhelmed by all the technology! Anyway we live out of state, i had had several phone and texted conversations with Mike Pocci concerning the vehicle and all seemed right so we headed 2 1/2 hours south to New Haven. I am glad we did, all was as Mike stated concerning the truck and purchasing. One small detail was overlooked, we were going to purchase with a post dated check, image our surprise when it was discovered they don't take out of state checks. That didn't through the Finance Department off very long as the deal went through anyway and in less then 3 hours we were headed back to Michigan with a very nice vehicle. One other very kind thing that Mike and O'Daniel Ford did for us, while my wife and i finalized the paper work Mike took the truck and filled it with fuel. While the monetary savings of the fuel was quite unexpected, not having to stop and fill the tank before getting on the 469; PRICELESS! Thank you all so much. More
